Who we are
The DexGrid apps are published by DexGrid B.V., Beech Avenue 54-62, 1119 PW Schiphol, the Netherlands (KvK 95952748). We are the controller of your personal data under the GDPR. Contact: info@dexgrid.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in provider ID, so you can log in.
- Learning progress: reviewed items, scores and settings, so they sync between devices.
- Usage statistics: screens opened, app version and device type, to improve the app.
- Crash reports: device type, app version and technical details of the crash, to find and fix problems.
- Purchases: whether you unlocked the full app. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see card details.
Why we use it
Account, progress and purchase data are needed to provide the app (performance of a contract). Usage statistics and crash reports rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the apps stable and useful, or on your consent where required.
Who processes it
Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) for sign-in, sync, analytics and crash reporting; Apple and Google for distribution and payments. Data is stored in the EU. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. After you delete it, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
Deleting your account
Open the app and go to Settings › Account › Delete account, or email info@dexgrid.com from the address you signed up with.
This website
apps.dexgrid.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our server keeps access logs, including IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and reliable. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date above, and notify you in the app for significant changes. The apps are not directed at children under 16.
